 How do I schedule my event?
|
Once we have verified that your date is available you can schedule it by sending us a security deposit of 50% of the balance. Depending on the situation we may also be able to offer alternative payment arrangements. |

 Do you require a deposit?
|
Yes, we require 20% upfront to hold your date however there may be exceptions. Contact us at (360)708-7462 for details. |
 What is your Cancellation Policy?
|
We will refund your deposit if we are able reschedule an event for your date and time. If your deposit cannot be refunded, we will still honor the amount as a voucher toward the purchase of a future event. |
 When is the balance due?
|
The balance is due in full by the beginning of the event. |
 Do you have a Service Agreement?
|
Yes, click here to preview. The Service Agreement is available by request. Simply request it and we will send two signed copies to you. Please send one signed copy back to us with your deposit (if you haven't already sent the deposit). |
 Do you have professional references?

 My Wedding Ceremony and Recepion are located in two separate locations. Can you provide service to both?

 Does my quote include travel time?
|
Yes, your quote is for the number of hours that the DJ will be performing and is the final price. However, the price your quote is subject to change if the location of your event changes. |
 Do you have microphones that we can use for our Wedding Ceremony?

 Why can't we just set up one microphone to pick up the voice of the bride, groom and officiant?
|
Handheld microphones are designed to be placed just a few inches away from the mouth. With a standard microphone, in order to hear what a group is saying the volume has to be turned up very loud. This causes a feedback loop because the microphone subsequently begins to pick up the sound from loudspeakers. |
 The Reception I'm planning is outdoors. Do you require shelter?

 Do you offer Karaoke?

Yes! However we encourage you to contact us for advice on what types of events are best suited for karaoke. |
 What kinds of events are you available for?

Weddings, Receptions, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, School Dances, Public Events, Concerts, Corperate Events, Bars, Karaoke Parties and any other type of event where a DJ is welcome. |
 I have a list of specific songs that I want. Can you play them?

Absolutely, we will do our very best to obtain your requested music if we don't already have it! |
 Can you move the stage from the wedding ceremony to the reception?

 Do you offer lapel(Lavalier) microhone rental?
|

 We have a screen or video projector and would like to use it for karaoke, DVD or a presentation. Can we use your equipment to play video on the screen

Yes, as long as it can interface with an S-Video connection. We will also have to make sure that the cable is long enough. |
 We have a slide show, presentation or DVD that we would like to plug into your sound system. Is this possible?

Yes, you will need to have and RCA connection, or if you do not require the output to be in stereo, a 1/4 " mono audio plug (male) will work as well. We will also have to make sure that the cable is long enough. |
